  • Rates based upon amount of nights stayed with 3 night absolute minimum:

    3 nights or more $449.98/night + tax & cleaning.
    5 nights or more $399.98/night + tax & cleaning.
    7 nights or more $349.98/night + tax & cleaning.

    We charge a flat rate of $3,360.00 for reservations covering Christmas or New Year's Holiday. This rate covers up to 7 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal nightly rate. Christmas reservations must vacate by December 29 and New Years reservations cannot arrive earlier than December 29. Reservations which include both Christmas and New Years are billed a flat rate of $6,720.00 and cover up to 14 nights. Additional nights are billed at the normal rate.
  • All rates quoted are based upon six (6) person occupancy and are charged based upon the number of nights you stay.

    Absolute minimum requirement for booking a reservation is three (3) nights.

    Minimum requirement for Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter and BYU Graduation (Spring) is 7 nights.

    Minimum requirement for Memorial Day, Labor Day and Fourth of July is 5 nights.

    Add $15.99 daily charge for each additional guest over six (6) person occupancy up to a maximum of ten (10) people, including children over 1 year of age.

    Two (2) parking stalls are provided with this vacation rental. Extra parking may be ordered through our secure online reservations system.

    Add a one-time, non-refundable, $150.00 cleaning fee to all reservations.

More about Hale Lanikeha The main part of the home is a spacious (1,500+ sf living area) two bedroom, two bath area with porcelain tile & marble floors throughout. It features a complete, large and open modern kitchen with porcelain tile countertops, sealed top stove/range, built-in microwave, side by side fridge, dishwasher, and all the cooking utensils you’ll need to prepare complete homemade meals. The living area is richly decorated with warm tropical & plantation style furniture and enjoys breath-taking ocean views. There is a queen size futon in the 'bonus' Soji (Japanese style) room in addition to a separate dining room with seating for six. The master suite is furnished with elegant and tropical teak furniture and a Sealy pillow-top queen size mahogany sleigh bed. The master bath features black marble floors and a unique moss rock wall shower. The second bedroom also has a Sealy pillow-top queen size bed and heavy teak and tropical furniture for an elegant feel.

More about Hale Koolau We have owned and operated these properties for two generations. We have operated as Hale Koolau LLC for nearly a decade, however prior to this change of entity we operated the business as sole proprietors, accommodating thousands of guests over the years. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau of Hawaii with an A+ rating, member of the Hawaii Chamber of Commerce, and have an 'excellent' rating on TripAdvisor. Guests who stay with us get more than just a place to sleep at night, they get their own beach house on the North Shore of Oahu. We have 450 linear feet of oceanfront property giving our guests plenty of room to lounge in the sun while being cooled down by the gentle breezes of the South Pacific Ocean. We also have four hot tubs on the property plus kayaks, boogie boards, snorkeling gear and complimentary high-speed internet.
