Feelings of restful relaxation, contentment, and happiness quickly set in and a very comfortable 'home away from home' feeling ensues. Notwithstanding the grand “Africaness” of it all, African Dream Catcher is nonetheless very very “cottagey”. Romance is high on the atmosphere list as well. What an unforgettable setting for a proposal, honeymoon, anniversary, or just a romantic escape. African Dream Catcher features extensive decorating using western cedar including a 28 foot high beamed cathedral ceiling in the Great Room; 60 feet ( 20 meters) of side-by-side panoramic 'floor to ceiling' windows overlooking the very close-by lake; two fireplaces & a wood stove; three-season porch with indoor barbecue; unbelievable African (safari lodge-type) Kontiki-Bar; spacious, exotically African, master bedroom with bamboo cathedral ceilings, 50 inch HDTV; an unbelievable 'tropical ocean”– themed en-suite with deep claw-foot tub and walk-in three-head grohe shower; two balconies with amazing views of the lake and gardens below. All in all, a very tastefully specialized African décor with a huge 'wow' factor. The African Dream Catcher lake and waterfront are absolutely gorgeous. No steep descent; and just 30 feet (10 meters) away. Excellent swimming; docks, canoe, paddleboat, kayaks, etc. Beautiful perennial rock garden landscaping both in front and back.
