  • Our Bunk Room has plenty of floor space for those with young children and sleeping bags. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and the same amenities. This home is quiet! Guests tell us they sleep very soundly here. Each mattress has extra padding, high quality linens, pillows and comforters. All linens and towels supplied. The TT, Nautical and Western bedrooms are on the second level, the Bunk Room is on the first.

This home has two living areas, one upstairs and one down. The upstairs living area has two couches and is a great place to read a book or play a game. The downstairs living area also has two couches plus a TV/DVD. Internet service is fast. Kitchen is fully equipped. This is a great home for parents who are visiting their TT students during games, parent's weekend, or any other time. It's also served well for companies who send employees to Lubbock for a few days or weeks to work. This home is set up for business as well as pleasure. It has a two-car carport to protect your vehicle, large back yard with grill. It is close to a park for the kids, a walking/running track for the more athletic, grocery stores, Texas Tech, Lubbock Christian University, a library, etc. Well located within Lubbock.
