Linens and towels are optional. Sorry, washer and dryer not available at this time but a great laundromat nearby can handle wash-dry-fold by the pound. Lots of extra child/baby care items available upon request including gate, bed rail, infant tub, booster seat, etc. Kitchen is well equipped for a cook, has cappuccino espresso machine, Pond is great year round for swimming, fishing, ice-skating, canoeing. Property is ideal for bird watching, nature walks, campfires, and stargazing.
