All bought NEW. 3-rows of flaming Logs and burning embers, too ! All thermostatically controlled. Flip of switch turns ON in back !!! Located in Living room. Smoking, is provided for on back porch with 2 tables, 4 rockers, 2 Adirondack chairs. 'Garden chairs' are the Porch rockers and Adirondack chairs 'Map, guides, brochures' come & go and sometimes out of stock. 'TV' There are 2. One 37' LCD HDTV in Living room and one 26' LCD HDTV upstairs bedroom.
