There is a large, covered, furnished terrace attached to the villa and faces the Atlantic Ocean and the villa's large pool and built in hot tub. The terrace has a separate dining area that seats eight to ten. The very large living room has 2 seating areas, cable TV, stereo and VCR. The large kitchen has all the appliances, 2 sinks, and a center island. There is a pass through from the kitchen to a separate formal indoor dining room, which seats ten under an antique crystal chandelier. The villa's garden has a large variety of flowers, palms and trees.
