This $500.00 deposit is refunded within 14 days after departure as long as there are no damages or excessive housekeeping issues, normal wear and tear accepted. You may also have the option of purchasing a $45.00 DAMAGE WAIVER POLICY instead of the $500 damage deposit fee at the discretion of the owner. Your credit card account number will still be held on file in case of smoking inside residence, pets on premises, or excessive cleaning or failure to comply with the cleaning requirements as stated in terms and conditions. No refunds through MC/VISA or other charge cards due to your cancellation. We do offer Travel Insurance through Travel Guard to protect your trip from unforeseen circumstances.
