  • There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a tub perfect for children and the other with a large tub and a separate shower stall. The larger bath also contains the washer/dryer...ideally located near the dirty clothes, sheets and towels. All beds have two sets of sheets and there are twelve bath towels in addition to ten beach towels.

  • Each bedroom has two exposures, A/C, ample closet space. All mattresses are new in 2009, all bedding is new. Master bedroom has a king size bed, two chests of drawers and seasonal LI Sound views. 'Quilt' bedroom has two twin beds, a large closet and a 5 drawer dresser. This room also has seasonal views of the Sound. The front bedroom, has two twin beds, a chest of drawers and two closets. It also has a small sitting area, perfect for a rainy day curl-up with a book. The den on the main floor has a double futon (not ideal for a long stay but perfect for an occasional guest). This room is adjacent to the powder room.

There is a large clothes line tucked into the corner of the backyard - out of sight but very useful! The completely enclosed hot/cold water outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing beach sand off before entering the house. The main floor of the house has A/C, hardwood floors, a CD/Stereo and a flat screen TV/DVD. The house has wireless Internet at your disposal.
