No smoking or pets allowed due to allergies. No tents/trailers or open fires - a regulation of Southcott Pines Association. Quiet time in force. Private beach in Southcott Pines is Sun Beach and a parking pass is supplied - very close to this cottage, plus you can walk past one house on Shoreline Drive, go left on Lake Road and you are at the beach access to Lake Huron in less than one minute. Very close for children requiring snacks or bathroom breaks. this cottage is well maintained and very clean.

This is a very comfortable clean cottage in prime location to the shores of Lake Huron. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of dishes/pot and pans/appliances.
