Enjoy resort-style amenities in a beautifully furnished, comfortable home: bamboo floors, remote controlled gas fireplace, 32-in flat screen TV, top-quality mattresses, pima cotton sheets and hypo-allergenic comforters, spa soaking tub with jets, Kurdistan rug in living room, well-equipped kitchen. This two-story cottage has two bedrooms (each with adjoining baths) upstairs and a large solarium room furnished with a beautiful koa desk set up for internet access, and a single bed. There is a half bath off the downstairs living room, as well as a laundry room with an extra shower (perfect for hanging up bathing suits!)

High-speed internet access, free long distance telephone calls, off-street parking, and twice weekly rubbish pick up are included with this rental along with use of Owner Clubhouse and exercise facilities. BBQ, beach towels and beach chairs provided. From the living room window seat: a panoramic view over Parker Ranch! Waimea is about forty minutes from the airport at Kailua-Kona.
