The architecture is classic Spanish-Mediterranean, distinguished by a red barrel-tile roof, stucco archways and stone columns. Residence features private terraces and gardens bursting with hibiscus, bougainvillea and other tropical foliage.
Residence of course features air conditioning, cable television, ceiling fans and shaded patios and verandas. Decor is distinctively Caribbean, featuring rattan, natural wicker and exotic elephant bamboo.
