Fun Things To Do: There are boat trips to Key West and around Sanibel and Captiva Islands. Also local gaming yacht. Enjoy the local water park and fun park, mini golf or one of the 130 golf courses in SW Florida. Boat and jet ski rentals are available as well as charter services and deep sea fishing. Or try pier fishing at Matlacha and the Capr Coral Yacht Club pier. And enjoy the pristine beaches just a short drive away of Cape Coral Yacht Club, Bowditch State Park, Fort Myers, Lovers Key, and more. Also there are museums and dinner theaters nearby.

Restaurants and Shopping: Restaurants abound from Cape Harbour dining to downtown outdoor dining. And out on Pine Island are the famous restaurants of Matlacha. Shop at the outlets or flea markets. And of course all the local Publix food stores, Super Walmarts, Target, Walgreens and CVS Pharmacies and BJs Wholesale Club.

Time to Enjoy or Relax: The pool and lawn are taken care of by contracted maintenance people so that you can relax and enjoy your vacation time. Major league baseball Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins spring baseball training facilities are located nearby in Fort Myers. Also there are many public parks and preserves to enjoy.
