This house is set up for events or just lounging in the cultivated tropical garden. Large grassy yard that has a free form heated pool (with an optional child's fence) and Jacuzzi. There is a wonderful cabana and an over sized grill. Off the kitchen there are 2 large patios completely private and enclosed. One patio also has a full child's playground and the other one has table and chairs for the adults but still has a view of the kids area.

Hollywood Beach, Crown Jewel of the Community Hollywood Beach & Broadwalk, the crown jewel of the community, features an impressive 27-foot wide path along the white sandy shores of the renowned Gold Coast.
