Hi thank you for your interest on my unit; the rate for this unit is stated above plus a $60.00 dollar fee for cleaning, a $200.00 deposit will be due at the time the reservation is done and will be not refundable if the reservation is canceled two weeks or less prior to the date of arrival. Visa and Master card accepted. Taxes are included. One parking space is included with valet so the cost will be only tip ($2.00- $4.00). There are two washers and dryers on each floor and you will be responsible for the cleaning on the unit throughout your stay although you don't have to leave it clean when you leave. Ones again thank you for your interest and don't hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions.
