Fine details such as the handcrafted hardwood floors, chestnut window frames and doors, and rustic decorative hardware will transport you to another time. The property's remote controlled gate access offers privacy and seclusion. The kitchen is well-equipped with quality pots and pans, cooking utensils,sharp cutlery,an espresso machine, a prosciutto slicer, a panini press,and an electric hot pot. There is dinnerware, glassware and serviceware for 18 guests. All water on the property comes from a private well - the water is tested annually for purity and drinkability. The property's reduced electronmagnetic fields are supported by the open circuit wiring throughout. Please no smoking allowed inside the villas. Smoking allowed outside with use of ashtrays (provided).

Siena is declared by UNESCO a World Heritage Site Siena is built on seven hills and made up of a winding maze of streets and alleyways enclosed within the old city walls. The Duomo is worth a visit. Other towns in the Siena province are: Monteriggioni - a quaint, walled village. The walls and towers are virtually intact, and the visual effect from a distance is quite astonishing. Volterra, thought by many to be one of Tuscany's best hill towns with a rich array of ruins and architecture from different historical periods and fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. San Gimignano is a small walled medieval hill town. It is mainly famous for its medieval architecture, especially its towers. The town also is known for the locally grown white wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
