Occupancy of this condo requires a mandatory $250 transfer fee to transfer our social membership. We have discounted our rental rates to consider this fee which is to be paid at arrival by the tenant themselves. Once you are a 'registered' renter then you will be issued a photo ID card and allowed access to all amenities on site with the exception of golf. Our social membership does have golfing restrictions. Our renters will not be able to play golf during the months of January 1st, 2010 - May 1st, 2010. Only the owners of a 'Golfing Membership' have exclusive use of the course during these high season months. Our renters can utilize the course from November 2009 thru December 2009 and then again May 2010 - December 2010 for a small fee.

MASTER BEDROOM Come relax in paradise. This master bedroom is simply lovely. King Size bed, two nightstands along with an Armoire to hide the TV and drawers to store things which you don't want to hang in either of the His or Her's master closets.

MASTER BATH Spacious would be the best word to describe this bathroom. It has a huge walk in shower as well as a very large soak tub. The bathroom also has dual vanity sinks with a large mirror. Ceramic tile throughout.

KITCHEN Wide open bright kitchen. All done it white to get that crisp clean feeling. Enjoy your breakfast while reading the daily paper next to the sunny window sitting at the table in the kitchen nook area. Our kitchen is equipt with just about everything you would need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Place setting for 6 people along with all the pots and pans you will need to create a meal and serve your guests. If you feel we are missing something, just let us know. The next time you visit you may find it in the drawer or cupboard. We are always open for suggestions!

Golf Information: Designed by Joe Lee, Legends’ 18 Hole par 72 Championship Golf Course was voted top golf course in the “Best of Southwest Florida” for two years in a row. It includes an aquatic driving range, chipping/bunker range, and large putting green. Some golfing restrictions apply with our Social Membership transfer. Our tenants are not able to play golf during the months of January- May 2010. Golfing is permitted for a small fee: May 1st thru Dec. 31st.
