  • Both the master and larger guest rooms have king sized beds, and both have 6' sliders into the lanai facing the bay. The master has an ultra comfortable, adjustable, vibrating Tempur-Pedic memory foam bed. The master bath has a spa tub. The 1st. guest room also has an ultra comfortable king sized bed with the view of a beautiful date palm just outside the lanai in that area. The 3rd. bedroom has a twin sized trundle bed with a second bed which just slides out from under the top one. Both mattresses have extra foam toppers to make them very comfortable. The 3rd. bedroom also has a desk and a desk hutch for anyone who needs to do office work.

Although there is an elevator up to the living area, there is about a 5' step down from the house area to the lanai. Someone in a wheelchair would need to have help to make the transition. Also, the door widths to the bedrooms and bathrooms may not be wide enough to accommodate some wheelchairs. The toilets are not ADA height....yet. Want to rent a boat? Dave at Pro Gear Boat rentals has agreed to rent to our guests at the normal rate, then meet you at Cudjo Marina to launch, then take you out into the ocean and back to our bay through Tarpon Creek. He'll put the tracking on the GPS so that you can easily get in and out for FREE! All he asks is that you take him back to the marina. GREAT DEAL!

Inside Amenities The great room has 12 ft. pocket doors that disappear behind the wall, creating a vast, open view of the bay and a spacious, outdoor feeling throughout. Both the master and 1st. guest room have 6' sliders which open to the lanai and the beauty it offers. The master has a spa tub. The great room has a 50' plasma TV with surround sound via the stereo, CD / DVD & radio. There is high speed cable Internet access and telephone with free long distance calling in the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. There is a fully furnished office in the 3rd. bedroom with 2 computer desks, a 4 drawer legal file cabinet, calculator, and commercial sized cross - cut shredder. The kitchen is fully furnished with 2 stainless refrigerators, 2 microwaves, and every appliance you could want. Tropical style dinnerware with tablecloths, napkins, and placemats are included. There is dinner seating for 9 in the kitchen, and 12 to 14 in the lanai. The lanai has tropical lighting for evening.
