Owner has taught private snowboard lessons for Vail/Beaver Creek for 14 years, snowmobile out the back of the property with our PRIVATE access or rent machines at Camp Hale(NOVA GUIDES)or Piney Ranch (LAKOTA GUIDES)!Aspen, Snowmass and Buttermilk @1hr away. Owner used to be in X-games boardercross in 97&98-has all the ins and outs of enjoying the ski resorts and X-games!!!

Stunning views of Castle Peak and the Flat Tops. Keep horses in our stalls/pasture or tied to front door post and ride your ATVs/Snowmobiles/Mountain/Dirt Bikes/Horses or hike on 100,000 acres of trails, wilderness and reservoirs-Lots of backcountry Snowboarding/skiing. On property Creek (in summer) flows through dipping (Swimming) pond and water feature right past cabin. Home has king bed in master suite and queen bed and folding futon bed/couch in 2nd bedroom, wood fireplace and gas furnace make the home cozy!

Gas Grills and campfires on site with covered and uncovered huge picnic area.Cold Storage on site at back of property (away from cabins)and game processing through Action Taxidermy right down the street! Nothing available like this anywhere in Eagle County!!!
