Barranca 21 is located on the third hole of the Links golf course offering a spectacular view overlooking the entire resort of Casa de Campo with a 180 degree view of the Caribbean Sea with an unobstructed view of spectacular sunsets each evening. The Villa offers the highest standards in living and entertainment luxury, in addition to the world famous exclusive resort amenities of Casa de Campo. Barranca 21 consists of 8 bedrooms all with en suite baths and walk-in closets (3 master bedrooms with king-sized beds, 2 bedrooms with 1 queen each, 2 bedrooms each with 2 queens and 1 double bedroom with two double beds, sleeps 22 or more) and is one of a very few new residences available in the exclusive Barranca area, one of the most prestigious and well established neighborhoods in Casa De Campo with ocean views directly on the golf course, known for its large spacious villas and privacy.
There is an fully equipped granite kitchen with commercial restaurant appliances, interior formal air-conditioned dining room with seating for 12, a two-story open plan living room that opens directly onto the outer deck, and a specially climate controlled family media/entertainment center. All living areas and the master suite command sensational views of the Links course, Casa De Campo panorama and the Caribbean Sea. You can marvel at the spectacular sunsets while sipping cocktails from the patio, gazebo or any of the other numerous balconies of the Villa. You will be living the 'elite luxury lifestyle' that caters to the rich and the famous guests of Casa de Campo. Fully furnished and professionally decorated. Villa comes fully staffed with Cook, maid(s), waiter, gardener/security. Staff hours are 8-5 Mon-Fri, 8-1 Sat and night watch from 6 pm - 6 am. Additional hours and staff can be arranged for additional fees. Two additional service quarters bedrooms with a separate kitchen, baths and bunk beds are available for staff. Breakfast and lunch preparation included in rental, food and drink provisioning services available.
