A large gourmet kitchen overlooking a fabulous view of water, three mountains and the city lights includes a six burner gas range, dual burn oven Wolfe Range, large kitchen with proper daily china, stemware, linen, and formal dining china. In order to ensure a pleasurable dining experience we offer china, crystal, and stemware plus linen. The kitchen opens up onto a large blue slate deck c/w Weber Gas barbeque and Restoration Hardware furniture for outside dining and relaxation. Walnut Hardwood floors throughout the house ensure a healthy dust free environment.

Our expansive master bedroom is set with a king size bed c/w a large ensuite bathroom with a large 7 foot jacuzzi bath tub, surround sound, magnificent view of the city, fine linen and bedding PLUS a HUGE walk in closet and Bravia TV. The house comfortably sleeps 6 with a king size bed and 2 queen size beds, all bedding is of exceptional quality thus ensuring a good nights sleep. Washrooms are state of the art featuring Washlet heated toilets, downstairs steam room/ shower, and modern sinks. All art is original from Canadian artists. We feature Sony Bravia Tv's including a 52 inch home theatre, 48 inch TV and a 46 inch TV all with blue ray and surround sound. All lighting is state of the art and is completely adjustable to your liking.

This home is 10/15 minutes from the downtown core, University of British Columbia, numerous Beaches, the Vancouver airport, 5 golf courses (yes we golf all year round), award winning restaurants, shopping, numerous Olympic Venues and the fabulous Stanley Park. Local activities include golf, swimming, tennis, shopping, hiking, tennis, beaches, biking and live theatre.
