iPOD music system available. Just bring your own iPOD. A bicycle is not provided. There is, however, an indoor bike room off lobby to lock-up your own bikes. There is free WiFi but you must have your own computer. There is no telephone (land line) but excellent reception for your cell phone. After 1 December 2009, we can offer an on-street parking permit. There are also three municipal parking lots a 5 minutes walk from our building.

What it has... The apartment is located in the heart of Miami Beach’s historic district, which boasts the world’s largest concentration of Art Deco buildings (approx 600). It’s a 10-minute walk to Miami Beach’s gorgeous, wide and miles-long white sand beach, and less than two minutes walk to world famous and very chic Lincoln Road. It is located on the third (top) floor with an elevator of a 1925 building with lots of character. With over 1,000 square feet, it is spacious, very sunny and absolutely quiet.

and where it is... Recently renovated, it is fully equipped with two TVs, DVD and CD players, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and modern kitchen. With two bedrooms and two full baths, it sleeps four comfortably in one king and one queen bed. Hardwood floors throughout and comfortably decorated. Air conditioned plus three ceiling fans. Its many windows look out over treetops and red-tile roofs. Totally private.

About art, smoking and pets... The apartment is new for us, and we are awaiting a shipment of wall art to decorate it, which should arrive and be on the walls by December 1. We rent only to non-smokers. No pets.
