- There is a minimum housekeeping charge of $175 which is added for all stays of up to one week. After the first week, the weekly housekeeping charge is $150 per week.
Payment of 50% of weekend, weekly and longer rentals is required to hold reservation. Please contact Estate Manager to discuss monthly and entire season booking deposits. Entire booking fee will be refunded upon cancellation IF another rental is secured for the time you booked. If no such substitute booking occurs, 50% of booking deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made more than 30 days of the booked occupancy date.
We prefer checks for booking deposits. Should you need to use a credit card or bank transfer please call.
There is a security/breakage deposit of $1,200. This will be returned to you as soon as housekeeping and inventory is completed. Generally this takes at least 24 hours.
Gratuities for staff are not included in rates. - Fees will be negotiated for requests for additional housekeeping, cooking, serving , party catering and babysitting. Luxury car service for customized tasting room tours and other uses can be arranged.

In late summer our cider press and Gravenstein apples are available for making plenty of cider for your drinking pleasure. Plus, organic Pino Noir grapes are abundant for your sampling along with black berries On-site estate manager to greet you, handle luggage, provide estate tour and to serve you as your concierge. Local airport (30 minutes from Big Cedar) Horizon Air offers non-stop flights from Seattle, Portland, Las Vegas and Los Angeles to Sonoma County Charles M. Schulz Airport (STS) in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Private jet and prop planes are also welcome for modest fees. Car rentals are available or we can arrange for pick-up.
Sebastopol our village Our little agricultural town is full of fun things to do, like live theater, antique stores, family and gourmet restaurants, farmers market, music concerts, a hospital, an old fashioned ice cream parlor that makes it's own all natural award winning iced cream. Sebastopol is featured in the August 2009 issue of SUNSET Magazine.
Weather (or not) During peak season there is virtually no chance of rain. Sometimes there may be a cool morning coastal fog. Generally days start cool and warm to around 80 degrees. Sunshine abounds. Very rarely it gets to the 90s. But, the house is air conditioned should you wish it. 'Almost peak season' tends to be sunny most of the time. However, we really could use some rain. So, if it comes your way, consider yourself lucky. Temps tend to stay warm through November. Winter here means temperatures above freezing and (unfortunately) no snow.
