Guests over 28 years only only may be permitted access to the owners full commercial gym in other home (or game room in other home) once or twice per full week rental, at owners discretion, up to an hour and a half per use on scheduled basis. Use of hot tub may be available at lake house if lake house is not rented and at additional charge during Nov-March. Four kayaks and large expedition canoe shared with other guests staying at lake house, as well as occasional use by owners. Boat slip may be available. Boathouse top deck shared with guests renting lake house and owners occasional use. Private grounds, on private road set on 2.5 level acres in Bolton Landing, on Lake George, in Northwest Bay.
