Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: RV port on the property. New Sundance Spa under the stars. Handicapped and Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations). There is a seasonal pond with a dock and seasonal creeks on either side of the property to enjoy. This property is in the mountains with local views of the American River canyon. Expansive deck that overlooks the woods with comfortable lawn furniture, two hammocks for your relaxation.

Hike to sunrise cliff, the American River, an old miner's cabin, a very cool tunnel, to numerous ponds, a waterfall, and/or a mountain lake where you can swim or just relax in one of the hammocks in the solitude of the forest. Spa on the deck under the stars for your relaxation and enjoyment and a large jacuzzi bath tub in the bathroom for soaking after a fun day of hiking or skiing. Bring your clothes, some food and you'll find the rest here for your use and enjoyment. Babysitter and local hike guide available.

Kid Friendly Ping pong table, badminton, games, books, puzzles, video games, basketball court, football, soccer, cards, beads, art supplies, cookie cutters.....

Pet Friendly: This must be prearranged with the owner. There is a friendly black lab that lives on the property and there are other dogs in the neighborhood. They are friendly.

Golf Information: There are numerous Golf Courses within a 30 min. drive from the house. The Ridge in Auburn, Dark Horse near Lake of the Pines....

Other Activities Numerous local hiking trails to old gold mining areas, the American River canyon, much local history and ponds for exploring or swimming, less than 10
