The expansive open main floor is perfect for large gatherings. The kitchen is sure to delight any chef, with plenty of storage and counter space. The upper master suite affords beautiful sunrise views and has a roomy dressing area with a large ensuite bath, enhanced by skylights. A large rainfall shower and separate jacuzzi tub are featured. The lower level offers separation and privacy with two very large bedrooms, both with water views, deck access and plenty of storage, A tv area with hideabed and sliding door to deck is perfect for guests. The professionally landscaped hillside lot with flowering shrubs makes this quiet and private retreat for a family or friends an ideal Victoria vacation rental property.
A few minutes from several golf courses, beaches and walking trails and directly adjacent to the Galloping Goose Trail System, tennis courts and children's park, recreational opportunities are endless. Seapearl is ideally located fifteen minutes from downtown Victoria, the International airport, Sidney's ferry terminal and Butchart Gardens.
