Once you park your car for the week, you will be able to walk anywhere throughout the town in just 5 minutes. This is where you will find the quaint old town of Seal Beach. Main Street has many restaurants, or walk out to the end of the Pier and enjoy Ruby's 50's style diner. Relax at the Cottage spa, catch a movie at the Old Town Bay Theater, enjoy the local nursery and full service Pavilions grocery store with a Starbucks. Seal Beach is one of the last quaint beach cities, come hear the roll of the surf and relax. The journey is the reward to your vacation. Enjoy your search! Enjoy a good book by the fireplace !

Location Seal Beach is located just 22 miles south of Los Angles at the Northern end of Orange County. Just 18 miles North of the John Wayne Airport. -11 miles away from Disneyland and very close to other attractions, Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Universal Studios and more. -Travel down Historic PCH Highway just minutes away from Huntington, Long Beach, Newport, Corona Del Mar and Laguna Beach. -While strolling along the beach collecting sea shells, take a look out at the Pacific Ocean where you will see an Island, now think about a day trip to the famous Catalina Island just 26.5 miles away!

Why the Owner Chose Seal Beach We have always enjoyed Seal Beach and lived here many years ago. After moving back from Hawaii we knew we wanted and needed to live by the water. Our house is one home to the Pacific Ocean and the opportunities with the cool breezes, ocean walks etc. were well worth the move to live here again. The ability to come home after working all day and walk or ride a bike to the grocery store, movies, pier and many restaurants is a treat worth experiencing. Enjoy life. -The Osti's
