Outdoor areas: there is an atrium deck off the living room and family room that is a lovely, protected area for sunning, BBQ, or dining. It's formed on 3 sides by the house and is open on the 4th side with partial ocean views. There decks with chairs off the living room and dining room. Pajaro Dunes is a private gated community with 1½ miles of sandy beaches on Monterey Bay between Santa Cruz and Monterey. Along with full views of the Monterey Bay and the coastal mountains, Pajaro Dunes has 24-hour security, walking/biking/jogging trails, professional tennis courts, playing fields, volleyball and basketball courts (only a 5-minute walk to the nearest courts/fields). It’s a short drive to Santa Cruz (30 min), Monterey and Carmel (45 min) for restaurants, famous golf courses, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk amusement park, or shopping.

Built in 1978 and featured in ads and home design magazines, this ~1,800 square foot home has a bit of an 80’s vibe and its homey, comfortable feeling will melt all your troubles away.
