Hawthorne Vintage Charm Built in the '20s, this is a cute and classic apartment with hardwood floors and leaded glass front windows. The kitchen is small, cute, and very usable, including a lovely dining nook. Or have your morning coffee out on the shared back patio under the plum tree instead!

Cool Neighborhood Walking distance from trendy Hawthorne Boulevard, in a friendly neighborhood near a wealth of restaurants, cafes, vintage and urban shops. A farm stand and bakery are one block down and the grocery store is five minutes away (less if you walk fast!) The public bus stop is also one block away, with buses making the 10-minute trip downtown every 15 minutes or less.

Other Activities Shopping, kayaking, wandering through the neighborhood looking at the sweet vintage homes. 3 blocks from official Bike Blvd. Cafes and shops abound.
