Private beach and jetty with dock 175 ft of private beach waterfront with a private jetty with dock. The water views from the deck of this Cape style ranch look across a gently rolling hill down to waters' edge. Lots of family living and entertaining space indoors and out. This first time rental home is located in small waterfront community on Wings Neck, and is an easy bike ride or walk to Wings Neck lighthouse or into Pocasset Village which hosts several eateries, markets and a Catholic Church. Pocasset sits on Buzzards Bay where there is always a breeze for sailing. It's an hour drive from Boston, just over the Bourne Bridge and 15 minutes from Falmouth.
