Built in 2008, the cottage and furnishings are spanking clean and new, with the charm of country living and the convenience of modern amenities. Bring your laptop and connect to the Internet via the owner’s wireless service. Watch all (or most) of the TV channels you get at home. Or, if you want your kids to have the true country experience, I can remove the TV for your stay. Parking is available alongside the cottage for easy loading and unloading of bags and skis. Sorry—there is no cell phone service in Granville, Vermont. The nearest reliable signal is about six miles away. However the telephone has unlimited long distance service. If you would like to have the fridge stocked in advance with breakfast supplies, let me know and I will send you a checklist to return to me. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended for winter. Laundry facilities are available in the main house. Children under 14 years of age may not swim in the pond or ride in the boat without adult supervision
