It has a lighted marina for you to slip a 30' or less boat, four BBQ pits with covered picnic tables, tennis courts, a club house with TV, ping pong, lounge chairs and game tables, saunas, and a kitchen for special occasions. Sun yourself on the sundeck overlooking the bay waters. Come to the palm thatched tiki hut at the end of the dock and jump in for a salt water swim. Kids of all ages love to fish for snappers - maybe a Barracuda! Manatees, a flock of free flying wild green parrots, dolphin and beautiful sea birds are seen right from the marina. This is your perfect get away vacation villa in the sun.

Luxury Key Largo Condo Your vacation villa two story condo home comes equipped with every amenity to pamper the entire family. Children are welcome in this 3 bedroom 2 ½ bath condo capable of sleeping 8. Two bedrooms have king beds, and the other has 2 twins. The living room sofa bed opens to a queen. The entire unit has undergone $70,000 in refurbishing with new tiled bathrooms, tiled floors and patio, new carpet, walls and ceiling and kitchen. Every room has a ceiling fan. HDTV/DVD is in the living room with super comfortable lazy boy and upholstered seating. The downstairs suite is perfect for a second couple, grandparents, or your mother in law. Take the spiral staircase down and inside the suite there is a full bath, TV/DVD, refrigerator, sitting area and king bed. Pack your tooth brush and swim suit, everything else is here! We have beach towels, linens, dishes for 10, swim floats, tennis rackets, ping pong equipment, etc. You are going to love this special place in the Fabulous Florida Keys.

No Traffic Noise The main highway in the Keys is called the Overseas Highway - US 1. Some resorts and hotels are close to the highway which can cause traffic noise. Our condo in Moon Bay is in building B which is as far away from US 1 as can be. We are right next to the bay water - NO TRAFFIC NOISE. One complaint we have heard is if you rent a condo in Moon Bay building 'A', there is much noise since it is next to the highway.
