The no-smoking and no pets policy ensures you that from the minute you open the door, you will find an incomparably clean and inviting home. The spacious living area features two comfortable sofas, a widescreen TV and adequate seating for all our guests. Open the drapes and you are treated to a beautiful oceanfront view – our 2nd floor location gives you the feel of overlooking the dunes and almost being on the beach! Walk out on the huge balcony – from either the living room or the master bedroom – and you can watch the kids in the lazy river or simply enjoy a relaxing cup of coffee or glass of wine while you inhale the fresh ocean air and listen to the sound of the waves crashing on the beach!

The kitchen has solid granite countertops and a smooth-top range; it also has lots of cabinets and storage space as well. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout the foyer, kitchen, dining area and living room and new carpeting in the bedrooms. Our unit also features full-sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and large walk-in closet; its private bath is to die for with a large stand-up shower and relaxing whirlpool garden tub. The two other bedrooms each offer 2 queen-sized beds and plenty of drawers and closet space; they each have their own private bath. With the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit can sleep up to 12 guests. Can’t leave the electronics at home? No worries here – we offer free high-speed Internet access and every room has a new TV and DVD player. You can also easily hook up your favorite gaming system to any of the TVs.

Its concrete and steel construction makes this building much quieter than most other resorts in NMB!
