Luxurious and spacious end unit waterfront townhouse with three bedrooms and three baths available in the private Bonefish Yacht Club. Located in the Coco Plum community in Marathon, this townhouse offers all the amenities for a great vacation.

Tastefully decorated, the living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other and are on the first living level. Sliding glass doors open to a large wraparound balcony that overlooks the yacht basis with glimpses of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast counter and bar area with separate sink. Also on the first living level is a bedroom with a queen sofa sleeper, private balcony and bath that opens to the hall and bedroom. Upstairs is a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, cathedral ceiling, walk-in closet and private bath with double sinks, whirlpool tub and separate shower. The master suite also features a private wraparound balcony with ocean views. The third bedroom has two twin beds, private balcony and private bath. Covered parking is available for 2 cars under the unit.

The complex offers a heated swimming pool with clubhouse, lighted tennis court and private beach access. Paved bike/jogging paths just outside the townhouse entrance lead to Coco Plum Beach. Trailer parking on the property is also available. The 40 foot boat slip directly behind the unit, which is also available for rental, has almost immediate access to the ocean with no bridges. The control depth is 8 feet and the dock offers power and water at each slip. Marina approval is required for rental. No pets are allowed and no smoking in the townhouse.
