Exceptions can be requested but are rare and depend upon season and bookings.

Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This apartment location is best for couples (both older and younger) and singles. Party groups please don't apply. Smoking Not Allowed: This is strictly non-smoking. Balcony: The view is something you will remember when thinking of your trip to Nice, France. Oceanfront: An amazing view from our balcony of the Mediterranean Sea. People watching at its best as you overlook the famous Promenade des Anglais. Please check out the pictures. Air Conditioning: One of few Air Conditioned rentals in Nice. A/C is necessary if you ask us! It can get very hot in the summer. Elevator: 6th floor with a lift.

Renting a furnished apartment in Nice France is definitely the way to travel! Museums - too many to count. Amazing day trips - how about Eze, Menton, Monaco, Cannes, St. Tropez, Grasse (home of perfume!) and even Italy are just a quick car, bus or train ride away. Be back in time for dinner. (Read the guest comments for a myriad of tour ideas and suggestions from guests who have actually stayed in this apartment). Swimming? The luxury SAS Radisson Hotel just down the street offers daily rates for rooftop swimming pool.

Winter? Skiing at Isola 2000 is just a couple of hours by car (or there is a bus as well) and the skiing is very good. Leave Sunny Nice and suddenly you are on a ski lift. You will find everything you need here and will be greeted upon your arrival by our friendly caretaker (Monica or Vanessa) who will give you the keys and show you the apartment. They both live in Nice and Monica speaks English and Swedish as well as French. Monica is happy to tell you about her adopted city and you will find lots of tour books and brochures in the apartment to get started planning. You will find the kitchen to be very updated, clean and well equipped. There is even a washer for your clothes and an ironing board/iron. (Sorry no clothes dryer). A blow dryer in the bath means you don't have to pack yours. Save money by preparing meals in and spend your money on tours and having an adventure while you are in the Cote d'azur.

Check out our availability calendar prior to emailing as it is updated frequently. (We have many returning each year to our apartment). We update the calendar frequently. Summer Months have just been made available for booking! Those who have enjoyed the apartment most seem to be couples (both young and older), families with one to two young children and singles who need a time out to relax. This is not a party location for young renters. This apartment is used often by the owners who live in California and they are very particular about keeping it neat, clean and well furnished. Free parking on the street in front of the apartment and it can be surprisingly easy to find a space. The owners and other renters state that after many trips parking has never been an issue for them (though that can't be guaranteed during your visit of course).
