The kitchen is clad in granite countertops and handsome cabinetry, and offers almost all cookware and chef's tools you'll need to create a great meal, if the spirit moves you. The open kitchen also commands superb views along with great year long trade-wind breezes, a perfect area for having that special island cocktail and keeping the cook company. The outdoor patio areas feature that soothing sea vista and lights on St John at night, comfortable chairs and alfresco dining make this spot a favorite. The tiled deck continues to the infinity-edge pool, set with chaise lounges for reading while working on your island tan.

On the back side of the sun deck is the villa's private guesthouse with king bedroom and full bath and private porch area. The villa is fronted by a lawn of green grass punctuated with tropical plantings and vivid flowers. The upper Master suite is done in a soothing peach Caribbean color,and also features its own small covered veranda which overlooks the BVI’s and near 300 degree views, a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee and watch the parrots soar by. Ensuite baths are tiled and feature cool tiled floors and large showers with an ocean views.

The villa’s polished interiors employ such artful use of light, color and pleasing choices of fabric, artwork and accessories. The decor at this villa has a very comfortable island flair, you can be completely at ease, yet have all the comforts of home. Its desirable East End location is very close to several excellent white sand beaches and water sports, from day sails and diving to parasailing, jet skiing and kayaking, just a few minutes drive will get you to something new to do or see every day. The sparkling ocean view fades as the sun sets, and memorable sunsets mark the end of each sun-filled day. The villa has much to offer and is conveniently located with easy access to Red Hook, St John ferry, restaurants and night-life, minutes to World renowned “Magens Bay”, 'Coral World' or play golf at “Mahogany Run” golf course. This villa is a lovely and well-equipped holiday home, just perfect for friends and family.
