Smoking allowed outside on patio. Pets allowed with $50 per pet non-refundable fee. All pets must be current on vaccinations, on heartworm preventative and flea & tick repellant. Home is wheelchair accessible, although there are three small steps up to the front door. Because of the swimming pool in the backyard and the hot tub on the back patio, extra precautions should be taken with small children and non-swimming adults. All exterior doors have double locks for safety. We have a DVD library, family games selection and lending library for the use of guests. We also have a horseshoe set-up, volleyball net and croquet for the back yard.

Brazos Valley Highlights Messina Hof Winery & Resort, a Texas vineyard established in 1977 by Paul and Merrill Bonarrigo, is rooted in the union of two family heritages. Winemaker Paul Bonarrigo’s family dates back seven generations to Messina, Sicily. Merrill’s family is from Hof, Germany. The winery is located outside of Bryan Texas, only minutes away! The Monastery Miniature Horse Farm, located in neighboring Washington County, is lovingly operated by the Poor Clare nuns. About sixty miniature horses call this farm home. Visitors are welcome! Enjoy beautiful Lake Somerville, a 11,630 acre lake located in neighboring Burleson County. Lake Somerville State Park and Trailway offers a multitude of recreational opportunities. The extensive Lake Somerville Trailway links the Birch Creek unit to the Nails Creek unit. More than 20 miles of trails are open to hikers, mountain bikers and equestrians. Water lovers can enjoy fishing, swimming, boating, and skiing on Lake Somerville.

Golf Information: Traditions Golf & Country Club, a championship Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, is only 5 minutes away!
