The dramatic interior offers three fireplaces, built-in audio system, extensive mill work, 12 foot ceilings, beautiful oversize windows offering panoramic views. There is a marble entry foyer with 8 foot mahogany door, beautiful leaded glass and chandelier. Formal dining room for entertaining but with an open airy floor plan. The gourmet Chef's kitchen has cherry 42 inch cabinets, imported Brazilian granite counters, and high end Eurostyle stainless appliances. There are three bedrooms equipped with king size bedroom suites, a fourth bedroom with a queen size suite, and a fifth bedroom serving as a fully functional office. In addition, there are four sofas so that the mansion could comfortably sleep as many as 12 persons (Eight in beds and four more in sofas). There is also a fitness area with free weights and treadmill.

The home has a huge deck off the back overlooking a 1 acre gently sloping backyard that is fenced for pets. The deck overlooks the 7 man Caldera spa and patio. Main floor master bedroom suite with gas fireplace opens onto a private screened porch. Master bath has a whirlpool, his and her shower, 48 inch vanities with double sink and a walk in closet. The great room features an impressive stone wood burning fireplace, massive windows overlooking the grounds, a 1/2 bath, and a bar with mini fridge. The lower level is finished with two bedrooms, a full bath, and a home theater room with walk outs onto the back patio and spa area.

The park like grounds of up to 7 acres will feel like your own private estate. The paved entry lane is very private. Fully zoned in ground sprinkler system for front and backyards. Nearly one acre is fully fenced. Everything is furnished! From dishes and wine glasses to the big screen TVs.
