There is a small dining area as well with a bar style table and four Italian bar stools.

In the spacious bedroom you will find a platform style queen size bed with side tables. The bedding includes a Simmons Beautyrest Spa pillow-top mattress, lots of pillows, and luxury 280 thread count linens. The bedroom opens up to a large 5th floor balcony overlooking the exciting shops and restaurants below. Modern bathroom with wooden deck style vanity, accent lighting, euro style sink, mirrored wall storage, and high-flow shower head. Also supplied are oversized Luxury bath towels by Arredo. The apartment is located in a brand new building with well-lit contemporary entry, modern elevator, washer/dryer, multiple use room, and an Argentine BBQ pit (parilla).
