This lovely home has a special feel of warmth and casual living where dreams do come true of living on the ocean and river. There are several scenic views in the home or on the multilevel decks that wrap around the home where you enjoy the views of fisherman catching their catch, watching dolphins and manatees play or experiencing the Space Shuttle launches.

As you enter the home through the great room, note that the floors and walls are Pine and the ceilings are Cedar. The Great Room consists of living room, dining room and kitchen combination with breakfast nook. All have natural pine walls. This floor consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths all with cedar wood ceilings. All bathrooms have full tub and shower. Four picture windows and sliding glass doors have superb ocean views and river-lagoon views. Custom Douglas window blinds, to see out during the day but not see in during the daytime.
