About Ammos villa In beautiful countryside, on the northwest coastline of Alonissos, just 5 km from the cosmopolitan and extremely picturesque port of Patitiri, a beautiful villa is being completed. The Villa Ammos is set on a wooded seaside, home to olive and pine trees, which slopes down to the sea, offering superb views of the coast of Alonissos and Skopelos. The location of this property is excellent, offering easy access by car to Patitiri and several idyllic bays and coves within easy walking distance via traditional pathways.The Villa Ammos, with an original and most attractive design, has been furnished to provide extremely comfortable accommodation and is equipped to the highest standards. The luxury standard of Villa Ammos makes this villa perfect for the most discerning of clients. It is great for large parties or families with older children and at the same time could be fabulous for a luxury romantic hideaway for a couple. Villa Ammos is the perfect choice for unwinding.

Location Villa Ammos is situated just above the bay of Megali Ammos and the property actually meets one of the many small beaches that skirt the bay. Those wishing for a beach holiday can be assured that the clean, crystalline waters of this bay are just steps from your door. Megali Ammos has small coves containing beaches of both sand and pebble. There are however, some amazingly unspoiled and wild beaches, situated around the bay of Megali Ammos. These are more difficult to reach and often require some walking and climbing, but are worth the effort. The beautiful waters around this island are crystal clear, often with pine forests reaching down to the exceptional and unspoiled beaches. This rather remote area of the island is reached via a dirt road which is approximately 4 km long. The last 400m or so of the road is rather rough; hence a jeep is essential when booking this villa.

Exterior The lovely outdoor spaces are the highlight of Villa Ammos. The house sits in a private walled and gated property with Villa Ammos situated at the bottom and in the front of beautiful beach of Megali Ammos. The covered terrace is not overlooked and the pool area has greenery to protect the privacy of the occupants of the villa. Certainly many hours will be spent on the shaded front terrace with its comfortable outdoor furniture, sipping drinks in the evening or lounging with a good book during the heat of the day. The attractive, kidney shaped pool sits on the side of the house and has large terraces that meet with the vast front lawn ~ the perfect place for relaxing in absolute piece.
