Encinitas is quaint beach community known for its small town vibe while less than 30 minutes drive from downtown San Diego. Cruise to the center of town and eat out at one of the many delicious restaurants that line Old Coast Highway, go to a movie at the historic theatre, or spend a day relaxing at the beach. The famous flower fields of Carlsbad, Quail Botanical Gardens, bird watching in the protected lagoons and the Self-Realization Meditation Gardens are less than 10 minutes away.

But you might not even want to leave the relaxing atmosphere of this home! Encinitas' Mediterranean climate allows for all kinds of exotic flowers and bushes, palm and fruit trees. Hummingbirds nest in the large avocado tree and you can hear lots of other birds singing in this quiet cul-de-sac home with nicely terraced patio areas.
