In the kitchen we supply the napkins and paper towels. In the bath we supply the TP and a blow dryer if you forgot yours. Just a few things so you don't have to bring everything but the kitchen sink. Mountain View: The cabin is at the end of a quiet cul de sac and borders the forest. All the living space is on the second floor so you truly feel you are in the trees. The terrace and deck overlook the forest and you can see the sunset through the trees. Deck/Patio: 2 Great Outdoors Areas to Relax. the Large Deck Off the Living Room Has High and Low Dining Tables. Perfect for Morning Coffee or Lunch Outside. the Terrace Also Has 2 Dining Tables for an Evening BBQ W/ the Family Under the Stars and 2 Lounge Chairs for an Afternoon of Reading. Linens Provided: Down Comforters, Premium Sheets and Soft Pillows are provided. Several Down Alternative Comforters available for those with Allergies. Kitchen Towels also provided.

If you have never been to Pinecrest you need to come.. 'For Whom The Bell Tolls' was filmed near by in Kennedy Meadows. In fact, as a little boy my father gave the starring actress, Ingrid Bergman, a ride around the lake in his boat. She paid him a whole quarter and he was thrilled. In those days we camped, but some day we wished to have our own Pinecrest Lodge near the lake. Those who have stayed at the cabin tell us their kids and grand kids ask them 'when are we going to our cabin in the trees again?'. We want you to relax, rest and enjoy the quiet but for those of you who are more adventurous hiking, boating, fishing (they stock the lake w/ fish for you to catch), sailing, horseback riding and sunbathing are near by at Pinecrest Lake during the summer. Twain Hart Golf Course is just 15 minutes down the hill and in the winter Dodge Ridge Ski Resort is just 15 minutes up the hill.

Leland Meadows sledding, cross country skiing, ice skating and snowmobiling are close by. You can also just enjoy watching it snow outside from the comfort of the cabin but make sure you build at least one snowman before you leave. At the end of the day you will be in front of the fireplace before you know it. The 4 bedrooms w/ luxurious linens and down comforters offer you a restful sleep. We hope your stay is memorable. Check in time is 3:00P.M. and check out time is no later than 11:00A.M. Cleaning deposit required.
