The home has a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances, a propane barbecue for the 'catch of the day' and includes the latest in electronics such as a 50 inch plasma TV, surround sound, ipod dock, and Wii. If you choose to fly into the La Paz airport, a private car will transport you the 15 minute short ride to the privately owned Paraiso del Mar dock where you will board the complimentary eco-friendly boat for your 10 minute ride to 'El Mogote'. El Mogote is a privately owned peninsula situated across from the Malecon in downtown La Paz and accessible only by guests of Paraiso del Mar and golfers of the award winning Arthur Hill's designed 18 hole golf course.

La Paz, (the City of Peace) is the capital of Baja California Sur and home to some of the worlds' best fishing, boating, snorkeling, and most beautiful sunsets. It is a one hour drive from the artsy town of Todos Santos, home of the famous 'Hotel California', a favorite surf spot of many, and a 2 hour drive from Cabo San Lucas. The spectacular island 'Espiritu Santos' is a short boat ride away and provides the most spectacular blue water and snorkeling. While downtown La Paz is home to many cultural activities, great shopping, and great restaurants, we can arrange grocery and catering services at a nominal fee. Daily maid services can also be arranged, or as often as you desire during your stay.

Paraiso del Mar is the home of La Paz's first 18 hole golf course. Golf rates are far cheaper in La Paz than neighboring Cabo. Tennis and kayaks are also available on the property. Our home is one house behind the beachfront. We are a few short steps from the beach, community pool and golf course. Tennis courts are available on the property. Kayaks are complimentary on the beach. Each bathroom has a hairdryer and all soaps and shampoos are provided and complimentary. Ceiling fans are in every major room. Whether it is a golf or fishing weekend you desire, or an extended stay, our home is the perfect location to relax and unwind.
