    An additional 30% of rental fee is due no less than 45 days prior to beginning rental date.
    Remaining basic cleaning charge and security deposit is due no less than 10 days prior to beginning rental date

    November Thanksgiving holiday week is $3750 for the week and last week the lakeside hot tub will be open.
    Minimum age of 35 to rent home.
  • Additional weeks discounted 10% after week one and guests who have rented our homes previously are entitled to a 10% discount for similar rental period the following year if they confirm the next year rental within two weeks after the end of their current 2009 rental.

First floor master suite has bathroom inside the bedroom area, also has 42' flat screen TV and a large treadmill, small wooden canoe hangs from the ceiling and wooden oars also hang from the ceiling in this bedroom. Second floor north bedroom is 'Downhill' and has antique wooden skis, ski poles, and log bed, many rustic pieces of furniture and decor. Second floor middle bedroom is 'White Water' and has antique canoe paddles hung on the walls, many with beautifully painted colors, log bed, log chest, other rustic furnishings, very colorful. Second floor north bedroom is 'Back Country' and has antique logging saw and pivey hanging on the walls along with antique snowshoes and others, some antique trail signs from the mountains here.

Unhindered views of lake and mountains from house, house deck and boathouse deck. Boathouse deck may be shared/used occasionally by owners or owners guests in other homes on adjoining property. Gardens are extremely lush and very colorful from June through September, lawns are very lush and well kept. Full gym may be available in adjacent home for scheduled time use by adults 21 and over, Monday to Friday, including commercial treadmill, two spin bikes with computers, rower, elliptical, abdominal and back machine, inner and outer thigh machine, full dumb bell set up to 50lbs each, rubber gym flooring, full mirrors, balance balls, flat screen TV, cable, DVD and i pod player in gym area. Adults only in gym area. The homes we offer for rent are available year round and are on a private road in Northwest Bay in Bolton Landing, NY. The homes are on approximately 2.5 level acres and on adjoining land, secluded and quiet, offering incredible lake views from boathouse top deck.

Hiking, Boating, Kayaking, Canoeing, Swimming The Adirondack Park is over 7 million acres and the land owned by the State which is in the Adirondack Park is designated 'Forever Wild' which means the view you see from our home, across the lake to Shelving Rock and Sleeping Beauty Mountains, will essentially be the same view 100 years from now, or more. There will never be any development or logging of that land opposite our home in the mountains, it will never be built upon, logged or leased for any purpose, it is 'Forever Wild'. Boat slip may be available for up to 30' boat. Come hike, boat, fish, swim, kayak or canoe in pristine lake waters which are rated 'drinking' water, and hike our miles upon miles of nature (and natural) trails. Come in the winter when the lake is frozen and cross country ski on the ice, snowmobile or 4 x 4 on the ice and onto trails on the mainland adjoining the lake. Para sail, snow ski, water ski, ice climb, or just explore and go antiquing, river rafting, or hot air ballooning.

Come float in our lakefront area on noodle net floats that just hold your body above water and allow silence observing of the lush mountains as the sun sets and casts shadows that slowly move over the never, and ever changing mountain scape. If you want peace and rejuvenation, you shall find it. If you want excitement of water skiing, ice climbing, sailing, or scuba diving, or mountain biking some easy or pretty tough mountain roads, you will find that also.

DISCOUNTS for WEEKLY RENTALS 10% Discount for weekly rentals longer than one week. Discount applied to full rate for weeks after week one of consecutive weekly rentals. 10% Discount given to guests who have rented weekly from us this year, discount given on full weekly rental rate and same length of rental and same rental season for the following year, if next reservation is secured within 2 weeks after the end of the current rental. IF additional bedrooms are needed beyond the four bedrooms in this home, the owners have two other homes on the property which may offer additional needed bedrooms. Scheduled use of owners full gym or gameroom may be permitted in owners adjacent home for up to 90 minutes per use at owners discretion, once or twice per full week rental and for adults 28 and older only.
