Best Location and Ocean Views A variety of activities for adults, children and young adults at the most beautiful beach in Cancun. Lahia is situated next to the Westin, Club Med and Sun Palace resorts away from the busy and noisy sections of Cancun. No wild parties here, just serenity and wholesome family activities at the beach. Very convenient location we are only 15 minutes by bus or taxi to the Senor Frogs, Hard Rock, Coco Bongo and other party zones when you feel like going out there. The gourmet grocery is just 15 minutes by car on Mex 307. Cloud 9 features en suite bathrooms and walk in closets for all three bedrooms. Ocean side master bedroom has full view of ocean and opens to the balcony with jacuzzi hot tub. The second master is in rear of apartment with lagoon view of the gorgeous sunsets. All the beds are furnished with high quality linens, pillows, mattresses and bedding for true five star accommodations.
Special Water Filtration and Daily Maid Service Our building complex is equipped with a soft water and UV filtration system that treats all the water for the apartments. We have installed a separate Reverse Osmosis filter system in kitchen which provides water at the sink and refrigerator/ice maker that is higher quality than bottled water. Please do drink the water, wash the veggies from the tap, brush your teeth with the tap water. Don't worry, it is just like home. Daily Maid Service is included at no extra cost. Rosi will do the dishes and make the beds and tidy up from 10am - 2pm every day so that you can enjoy your vacation. She is also available for extra house keeping/clothes washing or baby sitting depending on your requirements. These are extra services you can contract directly with her.
Full Services and affordable The amenities in Lahia are top notch with a tennis court, gym on penthouse level , racquetball court and unobstructed views of the ocean and lagoon. You can go to the gym/spa deck and just have a drink on the patio. A massage or facial at our exclusive spa is $25 - $45 so relax and go to the spa every day. Lahia beach area is perfect for both adults and children. The waves are fun for body surfing and boogie boarding. The infinity pool is relaxing with the longest pool of any condo in Cancun. At the pool there is a snack bar where you can order breakfast or lunch or a beer/fresh juice at extremely reasonable prices. Room service: You can call down to the snack bar on the intercom and they will deliver to your apartment no extra charge. We also feature a swim up and walk up bar at the pool, plus kids club. Lahia has two bilingual concierge on staff every day of the year. The concierge can get all your groceries for a small fee or help with local activities and bookings at no charge.
