• Contact Owner for multiple weeks , multiple homes or monthlies. There is no hotel tax for 30+ nights
• Military Discount Rates are shown in the Seasonal Rates Notes. You select your rate from the Fall 2009, Winter 2010, Spring 2010, or Summer 2010 rates. Your rate may be different than listed under Military or Last Minute Rates.
  
  Military Rate Example: If your attending graduation for your Active Duty Airman at Lackland, and you want to arrive on 3-17-10 for 7 nights your rate is posted at Winter 2010 and see that your rate is $975.63 (5 night rate) instead of the regular seven night rate of $1151.00.
  
  Last Minute Rate Example: If today's date is April 12 and you want to arrive before seven nights from today (before April 19, 2010), stay 5, 6 or 7 nights, you look at the Spring 2010 rates and see that your rate for the week is the 5 night rate, $1268.00, and not the weekly rate of $1501.
  
  Militay Last Minute Rate Example: Same as Last Minute Rate Example if your arriving within 7 nights of booking, except you pay for 4 nights only for the week.
• Due to the size of this home, it is only available for a 5 night minimum except for the Military Last Minute Rate is a 4 night minimum.
  
  If you only want to stay five or six nights the price is the same as for five nights for all Military Discount, Last Minute and Military Last Minute Special Rates. If your a non-Military or not a Last Minute Guest (who will arrive within the next seven nights of today) or do not want to stay over 5 nights, your rate would be the same as the regular rates posted in the seasonal rates. No free nights for stays under five nights.
  
  Rates can be less if the Guest rents more than one home. Rentals more than one week are available, the rate goes down for multiple home rentals or multiple weeks.
