This home has everything one could possibly need or want, from your very own private gym to a separate office including WI/FI , computer, fax, phone, and printer. Inside the home you will find a very spacious 10 X 12 laundry room with washer and dryer, including its own private bathroom. Kitchen includes 2 side by side refrigerators with separate ice maker and all the high end appliances you will need. Enjoy one of 4 fireplaces located outside in the courtyard next to a tranquil flowing waterfall. Also keep your car cool by parking in our over sized 3 car garage. It is almost easier to say what the home does not have such as a private Butler or Chef, but if you should need one, we will be happy to arrange that for you. With respect to all guest we kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the home, we have placed plenty of ashtrays and cigarette disposal cans outside of the home. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.

There are many things to do and see outside of the Las Vegas Strip such as Zion National Park, Charleston Resort, Lake Mead's Hoover Dam, and Red Rock National Park. Enjoy Hiking, Camping, Fishing, Boating, and Skiing just to name a few. If you want to experience something most travelers will never see, then visit a hidden gem called ' Willow Beach', just past 'Hoover Dam', about 8 miles turn right and follow the road to the end, there you will find the awe inspiring Colorado River. Have a picnic with your family or a romantic bottle of wine with your favorite companion. This truly is an oasis in the dessert and a place you will always remember. While visiting this beautiful place keep this in mind, but for this river, this town of glitz and glamour would never exist.
