Further Details for the house in Costa Rica, Central America

Getting there Cocles is about 3km south of Puerto Viejo, and Puerto Viejo is about 150 miles from San Jose, the roads and traffic being what it is this is a 3.5 to 4.5 hour road trip. Its a beautiful drive, and you can either rent a car in San Jose or take the bus from the Caribbean Bus station ($7) and ride down that way. We ride the bus, which is fairly comfortable, and leave our car in Cocles. Cocoa Hill property is 100m south of the Rio Cocles, first right, go up the hill 300m and you will see our big wooden gate and the gate house.

Other Activities jungle tours, zip-line, white water rafting, surfing classes.
