Location, Location, Location!!! You can walk to the beach and the great town of Cardiff by the Sea. There are some wonderful restaurants and the people are super friendly. We offer boogie boards, a surfboard, beach chairs, and a parking pass for all of the great State parks in the area. Cardiff-by-the-Sea has been one of our favorite locations for the last 10 years.. The surf is world class. There are a lot of famous surfers who live here to practice. The weather is great...not too cold and not too hot. One of the best things about Cardiff is the lifestyle...it is a very laid back town and very family friendly.
