There is a small fenced in area outside for pets. No smoking in the house. There is an elevator to access 3 floors. Only the roof top patio is accessed by spiral stairs. There is one resident macaw (parrot) that hangs out in the beautiful oak tree in front yard. His cage sits below the tree.

Within 1 hour drive are Fredericksburg, Wine tours, Lukenbach, Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Weddings/Large Parties For weddings or large parties, in addition to peak or off peak nightly rate, there is a cleaning fee of $500.00 plus each guest attending the event is $20.00, plus $150.00/day for onsite representative. Must get advance approval for more than 12 overnight guests and cost per additional overnight guest is $50.00. There is additional parking available at nearby school, but vans would be needed to transport guests to house.
